General rules
- A maximum of 4 hours per day can be booked during the working hours (9-5), exception can be made for life imaging or outside of working hours.
- If there would be more timeslots it is possible to extend past the 4 hours in consultation with our technician (Brecht Ghesquiere).
- Users can only book 2 weeks in advance.
- Upon training with our technician, you can request an invite to view the calendar.
- You can book time on one of the microscopes by email to our technician (Brecht Ghesquiere).
- When you arrive or leave for use of the microscope, please inform the technician (Brecht Ghesquiere) of your arrival/departure.
- Upon arrival you must sign the logbook and again when you leave.
- Minimum booking time is half an hour.
- Reduction or prolongation of the booking can be arranged with our technician (Brecht Ghesquiere).
- If you fail to show up you will still be charged for hours booked.
- Workstation is available free of charge but must be booked through our technician (Brecht Ghesquiere), if help is needed for image analysis, our technician is available but you will be charged a small service fee of 15 €/h.
- The data will be stored up to 2 weeks after last imaging session.
- You can retrieve your data through the workstation or our technician (Brecht Ghesquiere) can send it to you.
- If you do not collect your data within those 2 weeks, we will DELETE your data.
