Laure Degroote

I earned a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2022 after which I started a PhD in the BENE Lab. My doctoral research, conducted in collaboration with the Leuven Diabetes Lab at KU Leuven, focuses on assessing the effectiveness of combination therapies that integrate immunomodulatory agents with beta cell–supportive compounds.
